Keyholding

Pricing & Information

• Monthly keyholding (basic retainer) – €10 per month
  Includes secure key storage and availability on request for access arrangements. Ideal for second-home owners or hosts who are not always nearby.
   

• Access for deliveries or technicians – €15 per visit
  Whether it’s a parcel delivery, plumber, or electrician — we can provide on-site access during standard hours.
   

• Emergency call-outs (outside standard hours) – €30 per visit
  Standard hours are from 08:00 to 21:00. If urgent access is needed before 08:00 or after 21:00, we’re available for emergency call-outs.
   

• Custom monthly packages
  If you require frequent access, manage multiple properties, or want combined services, we’re happy to discuss a tailored monthly plan to suit your needs.
   

• Trusted & professional
  Keys are only handed over to authorized persons, and we always ensure proper handling and discretion.
